e o construí não em madeira e fórmica mas de cartão de embalagem que embora mais frágil acho que dará resultado pois será reforçado com resina. Após a cura ele será lamidado com camadas de fibra de vidro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O importante na laminação não é o acabamento e sim a resistência mecânica e para evitar torsões é colocado reforços de madeira nas laterais.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Depois da cura da descolamos o molde da base de MDF, tira-se as anteparas para poder-mos sacar o plug que dado a contração do molde durante a cura se torna uma operação difícil e delicada para evitar estragos em ambas as peças.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A profundidade e pouca espessura da quilha torna mais complicado sacar o molde visto que a contração comprime ainda mais o plug, o ideal é deixar um orifício para injetar ar compromido entre o molde e o plug, este problema não vai existir ao laminar cascos uma vez que a contração não comprimirá o molde.
